In Sanskrit, Ananda means joy. The goal of our instruction is to help you be joyful in your practice and through that, in your life.

Yoga builds strength and stamina, increases flexibility, improves balance, corrects posture, sharpens focus and concentration, reduces stress, aids in relaxation, sleep and weight loss!

Ananda Yoga will explore yoga as a means to awaken energies and promote a feeling of exuberant well-being that will leave you recharged and refreshed.

Ananda Yoga is sad to annunce that we will no longer be offering classes at Strictly Ballroom in Vail's Gate as of June 1st, 2011.

We have had a great time at Strictly Ballroom, and as we look to the future we hope that all of our friends who have shared this wonderful practice with us, continue on their journey!
